Supermarkets have shelves full of tasty foods and drinks, but very often they are junk food, with poisons that act slowly and over a long period of time.
Precisely in these simple moments of observing people’s eating behavior, I understand why so many people get sick.
Not infrequently, unfortunately, also serious illnesses.
In fact, I am often surprised.
Because to date statistics tell us that about 1 in 3 cases of tumors derive from a bad eating habit .
But looking at people’s eating habits, I would expect an even higher percentage.

I remember when, during my long wait at the airport, due to the delay of a few hours of my flight, I noticed two very young parents, who fed the baby, just over 3 years old, a mortadella sandwich and, as a drink, a cola.
They certainly loved their son more than anything else, but they didn’t know what they were doing.
If you look around you will find that unfortunately there are really many, too many, those who do not know.
And they don’t know why they are being kept in the dark.
